1 16oz package Farmer John mild sausage
1 cup finely chopped zucchini
1 cup finely chopped summer squash
1 cup finely chopped yellow crookneck squash
1 heirloom tomato, roughly chopped
4-5 cups pre-made pasta sauce
- Cook pasta as directed.
- I diced the zucchini and squashes in my mini food processor until they were very finely diced (but not pureed).
- Cook sausage in large pan until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add zucchini and squashes, cook for 4 minutes. Add pasta sauce to desired thickness.
- Serve sauce over pasta.
