Creamed Spinach

For a super quick side!

1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tbs olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Sauté the spinach in the oil until limp, about 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook another two minutes. Turn off heat and add yogurt (the 1/2 cup is an estimate, you can add more for a creamy mix). Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
