1 16oz dried split peas, washed and picked clean of rocks
1/2 large white onion
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup broccoli and/or cauliflower
3 stalks of celery
6 1/2 cups water
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1 hambone
2 cups chopped ham
plain yogurt to top
Mix all ingredients in crockpot (except ham and yogurt) and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Puree soup in batches in blender until smooth. Add in chopped ham and crockpot for an additional hour until warm. Serve with cold plain yogurt.
