Winter Menu:

  1. Tamale Pie
  2. Chicken Rice Bake
  3. Tacos with refried beans and corn
  4. Salmon Burgers* with corn

  6. Enchiladas with refried beans
  7. Taco Soup
  8. Lemon Chicken* with broccoli

Dairy

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2oz Gruyere cheese
  • 3lbs cheese (cheddar or mix blend)

Pantry

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cans corn
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 3 cans kidney beans
  • 8 cans canned tomatoes
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 cans mushrooms 
  • 1 package porcini mushrooms, dried
  • 1 can diced chilis
  • 1 large salsa
  • Tortillas
  • 2 packets taco seasoning
  • 1 packet dried ranch
  • 2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 cups wild rice
  • 1 package Lipton rice mix or Trader Joes harvest grains mix
  • 1 bottle Trader Joe's General Tsao Sauce

Veggies

  • 8lbs onions
  • 3lbs potatoes
  • 2lbs carrots
  • 2lbs sweet potatoes/yams
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 piece ginger

Frozen 

  • 2lbs bagged spinach
  • 2lbs bagged broccoli
  • 3lbs frozen corn

Meats

  • 4lbs ground beef or turkey
  • 12lbs turkey breast
  • 6lbs sirloin
  • 4lbs chicken thighs
  • 6 salmon burgers
  • 6 talapia fillets
  • 3lb chuck roast, tied
